Tonight was absolutely beautiful! What a paradox … the sound and the rhythm of the drumbeat took us straight into total stillness … no thought, no movement, centered total Oneness with I Am. A vast space of one collective Nothingness. A precious reminder that we are always here … Home
“Wow! I went from feeling quite awkward and very self-conscious and not knowing quite what to do, being very aware that I was in my head, to suddenly slipstreaming into the rhythm of the drum, the group energy and not giving a monkeys what others were thinking! Yay! We actually sounded harmonious and rhythmic! And after each round, you could feel the most beautiful, potent, tangible feeling of peace and bliss and just one being-ness! Thanks very much for the drumming session last night. It was really enjoyable, energising and tiring at the same time. I liked your approach, you were encouraging and positive without being critical at all, and I thought we achieved a lot considering that we did not know each other and very few had had experience of drumming.
Thank you for setting up the drum circle & hosting it in such a wonderful space. I really did enjoy it! I felt more alive than I have done in a while, but also very centred & connected with myself & the group. It was a very supportive group & I felt very held. Looking forward to the next one!
